The Installation

Eight modules, thirty-eight lessons, the real work. Built on peer-reviewed neuroscience, polyvagal theory, memory reconsolidation research, quantum mechanics, and four decades of trauma-informed clinical practice. The slow, deliberate coming home to who you actually are.

The Installation is built to take 8 to 12 weeks. Some weeks you will move through three lessons. Some weeks you will return to one lesson three times. The body sets the pace, not the calendar. Most students who finish the work do it in roughly two months. Some take five. There is no schedule that is correct except the one your nervous system can metabolise.

Audio teaching

~4.5 hrs

38 lessons in Adelaide’s voice. Listen on a walk, in the car, at your altar. Replay any lesson, any time.

Embodied practice

10–19 hrs

15–30 minutes of guided somatic work inside each lesson. The audio is the teaching; this is where the change actually lives.

Daily protocol

18–28 hrs

20 minutes a day — nervous system settle, heart coherence, identity work. Built into the dashboard so it is one tap, every morning.

Why 8–12 weeks

The science

Memory reconsolidation requires repeated mismatch experiences across days. Habit formation has a 66-day median (Lally, 2010). You cannot speedrun neuroplasticity. We do not pretend you can.

Total investment: 30–50+ hours across 8–12 weeks. The audio is the entry point. The work is what the body does with it between lessons.

Module 1

You Are Safe Here

This module is built to be done over 7 to 10 days. The body needs the repetition to recognise the practice. Move at your own pace, but do not move faster than the nervous system can integrate.

Before we talk about your brain, your heart, your past, or your future — the body has to come down. Nothing in this program can land while your nervous system is bracing for impact. These four lessons are the ground. The rest of the program is built on top of them.

Module 2

The Heart as the Gate

This module is built to be done over 7 to 10 days. Heart coherence becomes reliable through repetition, not insight. Let the practice land before adding the next layer.

HeartMath Institute research has measured the heart's electromagnetic field up to three feet from the body. The shape of that field changes based on your emotional state. Heart coherence is the physiological gate every other practice in this program has to pass through. If the heart is broadcasting incoherence, nothing you install will take.

Module 3

What Is Actually Running the Show

This module is built to be done over 5 to 7 days. The teaching is conceptual but the audit work needs time to surface.

The neuroscience of why you are stuck. The RAS, the subconscious, and the reason every coping tool you have tried left the root untouched. This module gives you the map so the work in Modules 4 and 5 has somewhere to land.

Module 4

Finding Your Root Program

This module is built to be done over 10 to 14 days. The work here is the most emotionally demanding in the program. Honor your body's pace. There is no race.

Herman's Stage 2 begins here: remembrance and mourning. The somatic work of locating the exact belief running the pattern, meeting the protective part that guards it, and beginning to release it through EFT tapping. This is the most emotionally demanding module in the program and the most important one.

Module 5

Mourning and Releasing

This module is built to be done over 10 to 14 days. Grief and reconsolidation need integration time. The body sets the cadence here, not the calendar.

Judith Herman calls this stage 'necessary but dreaded.' The old life — the years spent as the wrong person, the relationships shaped by the old code, the version of you that coped instead of lived — has to be mourned before the new one can be built. And the root belief has to be rewritten through the brain's own update mechanism: memory reconsolidation.

Module 6

Installing Your True Identity

This module is built to be done over 7 to 10 days. The daily protocol needs daily practice to take root.

The reconsolidation cleared the old code. This module is where you define who you actually are — in specific sensory detail — and wire her into the body through the daily protocol, the mantra installer, and your specific Human Design. By the end of this module, you have a complete daily practice that holds the new identity stable.

Module 7

The Quantum Engineer

This module is built to be done over 7 to 10 days. The physics layer is conceptual but the practice — theta breath, daily protocol — still needs daily reps.

The work is producing results. The body is holding the new state. Now comes the understanding of why — not because you need to believe something new, but because when you understand the mechanism, you can work with it with precision instead of faith. What reality is made of. Why observation changes outcomes. What the CIA already documented in 1983. And the twelve laws that hold the engineering together.

Module 8

Living as Her

This module is built to be done over 14 to 21 days. Integration is the longest phase. The map keeps updating as new domains open.

The work is done. The root has been found, reconsolidated, and replaced. The identity has been installed. The physics has been named. Now comes the part no one talks about — what happens when you actually become her and the external world has not caught up yet. This module is about living inside the new identity while the field rearranges around you, catching decoherence when it comes, teaching only from what you have walked, and completing the program with your own proof.
