Refund Policy

We want you in the work for the right reasons, with realistic expectations, and we want you to feel safe trying it. Here is how refunds work for each product.

The Field Guide ($47)

14-day full refund, no questions asked. If the Field Guide is not for you for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund the full amount. Your access ends at the time of refund.

The Installation ($497, founders’ pricing)

30-day completion-based refund. If you have completed Modules 1 and 2 (the foundation modules, ~12 lessons) within 30 days of purchase and genuinely feel the work is not for you, email us with that feedback and we’ll issue a full refund. Your access ends at the time of refund.

Why completion-based: the work requires you to actually engage with the nervous system regulation and heart coherence layers before deeper change becomes possible. We have learned from experience that someone who has not worked through Modules 1 and 2 cannot fairly judge whether the methodology works for them. We’re willing to refund — we just need you to have done enough of the work to make an informed call.

After 30 days OR after you complete more than half of the program (Modules 1 through 4), refunds are no longer available except in cases of medical emergency or other extraordinary circumstance, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Inner Circle (recurring)

Cancel anytime, no refund on the current period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, then ends. We do not pro-rate or refund partial months. We do not auto-bill after cancellation.

Installment plans

If you purchase via Klarna, Affirm, or another installment provider, the refund policy above applies to the full purchase amount. Stopping payments to the installment provider without first requesting a refund from us may damage your credit and is not a substitute for a refund request.

How to request a refund

Email hello@shesadelaide.com with:

  • Your full name and email used at purchase
  • Which product you’re refunding
  • The reason (this is for our learning, not a gate)

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds process back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please email us first before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. A direct refund is usually faster, and chargebacks generate fees and restrictions on our payment processor that affect everyone using the Platform. If you file a chargeback without contacting us first and you win, your account may be terminated and you may be banned from future purchases.
