These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your”) and Sacred Sovereign Co (“Sacred Sovereign,” “we,” “us,” “our”) governing your access to and use of the website located at shesadelaide.com, including The Quantum Engineer platform, The Field Guide, The Installation, the Inner Circle, the AI coach, and any other digital products, services, or content offered by Sacred Sovereign Co (collectively, the “Platform”).

BY CLICKING “I AGREE,” CREATING AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING THE PLATFORM, OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 14. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that (a) you are 18 or older, (b) you have read and understood these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Health Disclaimer, and (c) you are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law.

2. Educational Purpose Only — Not Medical or Mental Health Care

The Platform provides educational content related to somatic practice, nervous system regulation, Human Design, astrology, and identity work. The Platform is NOT, and is not intended as a substitute for, medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, crisis intervention, or any professional advice of any kind. No patient-clinician, therapist-client, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Platform. See our Health Disclaimer for full scope-of- practice details.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, active substance use disorder, recent severe trauma, psychotic symptoms, or any condition requiring clinical care, please pause use of the Platform and seek licensed professional help immediately. In the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 for emergencies.

3. Assumption of Risk and Voluntary Participation

You acknowledge and agree that:

The Platform addresses sensitive topics including trauma, embodied emotion, identity restructuring, and nervous system dysregulation
Engaging with this content may evoke emotional discomfort, memories, somatic responses, or other personal reactions
You voluntarily assume all risks, foreseeable and unforeseeable, associated with your participation in any aspect of the Platform
You are solely responsible for evaluating your readiness to engage with this work and for seeking appropriate clinical support if needed
You will not rely on the AI coach or any educational content for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or crisis decisions

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep that information updated. You may not share your account or transfer it to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, compromised, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Subscriptions

Prices are listed in US dollars and processed through Stripe and any installment providers offered at checkout (e.g., Klarna, Affirm). Subscription products renew automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled by you. You authorize Sacred Sovereign Co to charge your payment method for all amounts owed. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Payment failures may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including but not limited to the curriculum, written materials, audio narration, voice clones, AI-generated responses, chart calculations, methodology, frameworks (including but not limited to “The Quantum Engineer,” “The Installation,” and the multi-agent reading synthesis), brand assets, software, and design — is the exclusive property of Sacred Sovereign Co or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Sacred Sovereign Co grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform content solely for your own private learning. You agree NOT to:

Reproduce, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit any Platform content
Train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial intelligence model on Platform content
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code or architecture from the Platform
Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy Platform content
Reproduce the methodology under your own brand without express written permission
Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

7. AI Coach and Personalized Content

The AI coach generates responses using third-party large language models trained on Sacred Sovereign Co content. AI responses are conversational and educational only. They are NOT medical advice, mental health treatment, professional counsel of any kind, or a substitute for human professional support. Sacred Sovereign Co makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for your specific situation. You agree not to rely on the AI coach for any decision involving health, safety, finance, law, or relationships.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information
Harass, threaten, defame, or harm other users in the community spaces
Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Platform
Bypass, attempt to bypass, or interfere with any security or access-control mechanism
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform without prior written permission
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit your account access

9. Disclaimer of Warranties — AS IS

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED USE.

Sacred Sovereign Co does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content, including AI-generated content, will be accurate or appropriate for your circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, transformation, healing, or result from your engagement with the Platform. Individual results vary based on factors entirely outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SACRED SOVEREIGN CO, ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR ANY INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, ANY CONTENT, ANY INTERACTION WITH THE AI COACH, OR YOUR APPLICATION OF ANY METHODOLOGY IN YOUR OWN LIFE, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND EVEN IF SACRED SOVEREIGN CO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SACRED SOVEREIGN CO TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO SACRED SOVEREIGN CO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you irrevocably and unconditionally release, waive, and forever discharge Sacred Sovereign Co, its founders (including Adelaide Taylor in her individual capacity), officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, damages, losses, expenses, and liabilities of any kind whatsoever, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from or relating to (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any content provided through the Platform; (c) your application of any methodology, practice, or instruction from the Platform in your own life; (d) any harm — physical, emotional, financial, relational, or otherwise — you experience or attribute to engaging with the Platform; or (e) any action you take or fail to take in reliance on Platform content. This release does not extend to (i) gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Sacred Sovereign Co or (ii) any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sacred Sovereign Co and its founders, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, judgments, awards, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; (d) your application of any Platform content in your own life or work; (e) any content or communications you submit through the Platform; or (f) any harm caused to any third party as a result of your actions following exposure to the methodology.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or actions that we determine in our sole discretion may harm Sacred Sovereign Co or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing hello@shesadelaide.com. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, release of claims, indemnification, binding arbitration, and governing law — survive termination.

14. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

14.1 Agreement to Arbitrate. You and Sacred Sovereign Co agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the Health Disclaimer, the Platform, or any product or service provided by Sacred Sovereign Co (each, a “Dispute”) shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) under its then-current Streamlined Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in the United States, in the state of the founder’s primary residence, or by remote videoconference at the arbitrator’s discretion.

14.2 Waiver of Jury Trial. YOU AND SACRED SOVEREIGN CO KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE.

14.3 Class Action Waiver. YOU AND SACRED SOVEREIGN CO AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

14.4 Notice and Cure. Before initiating arbitration, you must first email hello@shesadelaide.com with a written description of the Dispute and your proposed resolution. Sacred Sovereign Co has thirty (30) days to attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute before either party may proceed to arbitration.

14.5 Limitation Period. Any Dispute must be filed in arbitration within one (1) year after the date the cause of action arose. Disputes filed after this period are forever barred.

14.6 Exceptions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for Disputes within that court’s jurisdiction, and Sacred Sovereign Co may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of the founder’s primary residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the binding arbitration agreement above, any judicial proceeding (including for injunctive relief or to enforce an arbitration award) shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts of that jurisdiction, and you irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

16. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform and updating the version number above. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modifications, you must stop using the Platform.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of Sacred Sovereign Co to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Health Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sacred Sovereign Co regarding the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.

19. Force Majeure

Sacred Sovereign Co shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, riot, civil unrest, government action, internet or utility outage, or any third-party service provider failure.
