Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Quantum Engineer platform at shesadelaide.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use our services.

2. Description of Service

The Platform provides educational coaching content, self-development tools, coaching conversations, biometric data visualization, and community features. The Platform is not a medical service, therapy practice, or mental health treatment provider. Content is educational and reflective in nature.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information current. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform to: violate any law; harass, abuse, or harm others; distribute malware or spam; attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems; scrape or mine content; use coach outputs for commercial resale; or impersonate another person.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, framework materials, meditations, and coaching methodologies are the intellectual property of Adelaide Taylor and The Quantum Engineer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without written permission. Your personal data (journal entries, notes, assessment responses) remains yours.

6. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The coach is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. Content should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adelaide Taylor and The Quantum Engineer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Platform services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
